Our group runs a development base in Bangladesh and a regional headquarters in Singapore, connecting high-skilled IT talent across Asia with companies in Japan.
Working with overseas talent rarely stalls on finding people. It stalls on three other things: you cannot objectively measure technical ability, you cannot see day-to-day progress, and you are not certain the employment arrangement is sound. Having run our own development base for years, we address all three as a matter of process rather than goodwill.
What we bring
Capability
Assessment, day-to-day management, employment compliance and Japanese-language training — all handled in-house.
Making ability visible
- Assessment across six dimensions: communication, technical depth, business understanding, Japanese work practices, AI usage and security
- Analysis of the last 90 days of development activity, showing what a CV cannot
- Practical assessment through coding tests and reporting-and-communication simulations
Keeping employment compliant
- EOR (Employer of Record), so overseas talent can be engaged without establishing a local entity
- Contract management from signing to termination, with monthly compliance reporting
- Administration spanning our Singapore and Bangladesh companies
Teaching the language and the working style
- Our own platform carrying learners from kana through JLPT, conversation and workplace Japanese
- Live lessons with human tutors, alongside AI speech assessment
- B-JET, the Bangladesh-Japan ICT Engineers’ Training Program, as a priority segment
Supporting the work once it starts
- AI-generated progress reports, so status is shared without the reporting overhead
- Visibility of which side a task is currently waiting on
- Available as BPO and ITO engagements
Working with B-JET
Partnership
B-JET, the Bangladesh-Japan ICT Engineers’ Training Program, is run by Shinko Shuppansha Keirinkan and trains able Bangladeshi ICT graduates in Japanese, IT skills and Japanese business practice. SAGBRAIN is named as a technical partner on the official B-JET side, and we support the programme from recruitment and selection through to employment. We are not on the using side of B-JET; we help build it and help run it.
AI-assisted recruitment and selection
- For the 15th cohort (starting October 2025), our AI selection platform Remote Pool RMS helped narrow roughly 1,000 applicants down to the 24 selected
- Recruitment and selection for the 16th cohort (starting October 2026) is under way
Internships during the programme
- Students of the 15th cohort worked at SAGBRAIN alongside our own engineers on real product development
15 graduates hired since 2020
- Most recently, four graduates of the 15th cohort joined us full time in 2026 after their internships
- We carry people from training through to employment, end to end
