◇Release of [DOG Service Level Agreement]◇
We have been providing the DOG (Dealer Order Gateway) service since 2012,
and thanks to your support, we have grown to have approximately 100 companies (retailers and manufacturers) using it.
To ensure that our customers can continue to use the DOG service with confidence, we have compiled DOG’s functions and service levels into the DOG Service Level Agreement, which was released on April 1, 2022.

We will provide and operate DOG in accordance with the [DOG Service Level Agreement].
◇ Call Reception Hours ◇
In conjunction with the release of the DOG Service Level Agreement, our call reception hours will be as follows:
Weekdays: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays)
For calls outside of these hours, please leave a message on our answering machine and we will return your call.
