Nokoru is a platform where writing something leaves it with the organisation, and where what is written flows on into how the team executes and how customers get answered. Three engines — knowledge, execution and customer response — are joined by a single flow of knowledge.
Internal wikis fail not because there is nowhere to write, but because what gets written never gets read. Nokoru structures each document as it is saved, then feeds what has accumulated into chat, meetings and customer enquiries. It gets better the more it is used.
Three engines
Engines
Knowledge is created, the team acts, the customer is answered — separate engines joined into one flow.
Knowledge — the organisation’s long-term memory
- Wiki and document management, with the search index updated automatically on save
- Automatic Japanese and English translation — write in one, get the other
- Group-level access control: to anyone outside the group, the document does not appear to exist
- Automatic recommendation of related documents, and reporting on where knowledge is missing
Execution — where the team works
- Real-time chat translated automatically between Japanese and English
- Meeting minutes generated from transcripts, with an English summary alongside
- Tickets raised from a document or a chat message in one click; action items from minutes become tickets automatically
- Booking pages for scheduling, with the team notified when a slot is taken
Customer response — answering from what accumulated
- An AI bot answers enquiries in Japanese and English, grounded in the group’s published documents
- Questions it cannot answer are logged as knowledge gaps, driving the next update
- Unresolved enquiries are handed to the team as tickets
- This engine is being rolled out progressively
Across languages and locations
Global teams
Exchanges with overseas colleagues tend to drain away at the language barrier. Nokoru keeps them retrievable in either language.
Closing the gap between sites
- Documents generate a translated version the moment they are saved
- A procedure written in Tokyo becomes knowledge at an overseas site as it stands
Keeping what overseas members say
- Chat is translated by AI in real time
- Conversations are retrievable through the same cross-search as documents and tickets
Knowledge outlasting the people
- Minutes and decisions accumulate into the knowledge base automatically
- Departures and transfers do not take the organisation’s memory with them

Features
The things day-to-day operation needs, built in from the start rather than bolted on.
Working with people outside
- Invite partners, suppliers and customers as guests, with access limited to named groups
- Secure file exchange restricted to the intended recipient, with download notifications
Keeping documents sound
- Optional review before publication, set per group
- A record of approvals and rejections, so formal documents hold their quality
Pricing
Pricing
There is no monthly base fee — cost is determined by seats and actual AI usage. The standard plan is 750 yen per seat per month plus tax, from a single seat. Adding features does not change the price.
